Kickstart Your Career in Construction Engineering! AIMRIGHT Testing and Engineering is hiring Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing  Trainees in Tulsa, OK . No experience? No problem! Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + overtime

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform field testing and inspections of soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, mortar, asphalt, and reinforcing steel on active job sites.
  • Learn how to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Travel daily in a company-provided truck (once promoted to Engineering Technician 1) to various project sites.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions , performing physical tasks (lifting 50–100 lbs, standing, squatting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods).
  • Accurately document test results and communicate findings to project managers and site personnel.
  • Engage as part of a team , solving challenges and supporting construction projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Physically able to stand, squat, and lift 50–100 lbs over a long workday.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Flexible schedule —must be available for overtime, weekends, and occasional out-of-town assignments.
