Salary: $95,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 1 to 3 years of professional IT or systems engineering experience.
• We typically seek a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, although equivalent experience may replace formal education.
• We need a solid understanding of operating systems, networking, databases, applications, and system architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise IT environments is important to us.
• Experience creating technical documentation and troubleshooting issues is valued.
• A basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and government security requirements is expected.
• The ability to work within structured configuration and change-management processes is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are important.
• We consider DoW-specific technical knowledge in systems engineering, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, databases, integration, cybersecurity, DevOps, monitoring, and documentation highly valuable.

• We assist with system requirements analysis and technical solution development.
• We support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of IT systems and applications.
• We help integrate enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
• We monitor system performance and help identify and resolve technical issues.
• We perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis under senior engineering guidance.
• We support cloud and on-premises environments, including AWS, Azure, or government cloud platforms where applicable.
• We assist with system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and software deployments.
• We develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.
• We support cybersecurity and compliance activities, including security configuration and vulnerability remediation.
• We participate in testing and validation, including integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• We support data migration, interfaces, and application connectivity.
• We assist with monitoring system performance, availability, and capacity.
• We coordinate with developers, cybersecurity personnel, network engineers, database administrators, vendors, and government stakeholders.
• We follow DoW policies, engineering standards, change-management procedures, and security requirements.
